This property also adjoins the public ATV Trails of Robbers Cave State Park and can launch your ATV directly from the cabin with public ATV trails across from the private driveway entrance, of which is a circle drive for ease of pulling an ATV trailer. The access to this cabin is a frequently maintained gravel county road only 0.9 mile from State Highway No. 2. Said gravel county road climbs a mountain through State Park land before entering private property and then turning into a county maintained paved road. “That Campfire Smell” sits privately in the woods for the perfect combination of good access from the highway yet with all the quiet privacy to make this a relaxing and private stay. Regarding structural integrity of this cabin, the perimeter cinder block foundation is not hollow-core, as the cinder blocks were filled with concrete during construction.
